Wedding Schedule

We’re looking forward to celebrating with everyone! 
*UPDATE* we added more chairs, so everyone is welcome to the ceremony at 5:00 PM.

1. 4:30–5:00 PM

   Guest Arrival

   Check in with the front desk in the lobby, who will send you up to the 51st floor.

   Our team will be waiting to greet you, take your coat, and guide you to the Ballroom.

2. 5:00–5:30 PM

   Ceremony

   The Ballroom — 51st Floor

   Featuring a live performance by the original lead in Disney’s Frozen on Broadway & a special message

3. 5:30–6:00 PM

   Cocktails and Light Bites

   Private Dining Room — 51st Floor, adjacent to the Ballroom

   Enjoy refreshments while the Ballroom is transformed for the evening celebration.

4. 6:00–9:00 PM

   Wedding Celebration

   The Ballroom, Private Dining Room, and East Gallery — 51st Floor

   Join us for drinks, food, music, and celebration!

   7:00–7:30 PMFirst Dance & Highlight DancesFeaturing live performances by a Tony Award-winning Broadway lead, a toast from a special guest & some laughs
